The hotel had comfy rooms but needed better cleanliness. They were prompt at resolving issues. Breakfast was lacking, though location and décor were nice. Staff was friendly. Refrigerator charges and lack of personal touch were drawbacks.

Imagine being surrounded by the beauty of spring and Italian flavors at a historic location just a hop away from the political buzz. The race book is a bit of fun, and Osteria Costa satisfied my pasta cravings. The rooms are comfy, the food's diverse, and there's even a touch of Vietnamese flair. I'll be back for the historic vibes and those Dancing Drums! And yes, the Prime Rib Menu is a must-try. Cheers to good times and hidden gems on the Potomac!

Immaculately clean, gorgeous hotel, there was a beautiful lobby.

They have a fantastic restaurant for breakfast, that was a definite bonus.

The modern decor and convenient location were also highlights of our visit. However, we were slightly disappointed by the lack of space in the room refrigerator and the limited dining options due to high prices.

we had a fantastic time at mgm. the atrium was mesmerizing, the staff were welcoming, and the rooms were elegantly designed with incredibly comfy beds and soft pillows. the warp-speed internet was a bonus, and the dining options were top-notch. the mgm venue for patti labelle was amazing, with comfortable seating and efficient service. overall, a memorable experience!

Parking hiccups led to unexpected valet fees, but the issue was swiftly resolved at checkout. The continental breakfast fell short with limited pastries, and the room's supposed Riverview was a peekaboo with the river.

It was surely a wonderful stay at the requested time. Many things to mention - everything was reasonably clean, outstanding food, nice views. The staff was willing to help with any questions or requests. I went to an excellent restaurant and loved the Chinese dishes. Late check-out was useful.

this place is super clean, and it's right at the entrance to everything nearby. the conservatory has live flowers like the bellagio. also, the staff are so friendly – especially toni at the front desk!

The hotel’s location is superb for exploring the National Harbor area, offering a gorgeous view and a variety of amenities that scream luxury, from the large room to the high-tech gadgets. The lively atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home, and even though I didn’t hit the jackpot at the casino, the overall experience was fantastic. 🎰 The only drawback was the limited dining options onsite, but a quick stroll around the area easily solved that minor inconvenience.

The standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to assist me, especially the young lady who resolved my issues promptly and apologized for the inconvenience. the well-maintained and beautiful property, including the festive holiday decorations and the stunning city view from the room, added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. One area that could be improved upon is the need for clearer signage for guest directions within the facility.

During my stay at Mgm National Harbor for a business trip, I had the opportunity to indulge in their extensive spa program. From the luxurious manicures and pedicures to the invigorating hair treatments, the spa services exceeded my expectations. The full-grooming services for men were a refreshing addition, and the moisturizing facial I experienced was truly one of the best on the East Coast, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the restricted use of the fridge in the room.

The check-in staff, especially Ryan, was amazing. The lobby had a beautiful design with suspended giant leaves and fresh fall flowers. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was large with a rain shower head. The hotel setting was very peaceful.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly staff member who swiftly resolved any issues we had encountered during our check-in process. Despite the initial wait, her commitment to excellent customer service left a lasting positive impression.

The hotel had a visually striking and modern design with clean architectural lines. the housekeeping staff was exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to fulfill our requests. the food options provided by the hotel were sufficient and we appreciated the fact that there was no smoking allowed throughout the premises.

The check-in experience was not welcoming at all and it made us wonder if the staff was overwhelmed or facing some other issues. the beds in our room were sunken in the middle and the pillows felt very old.

It was conveniently situated near various attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and dine out. the hotel grounds were well maintained and beautiful, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The hotel seems to have a commercial feel, and the staff can be quite pushy about charging high fees for basic amenities like microwaves and fridge usage.

Loved the off-track betting lounge with 24 screens, outdoor gaming terrace, and delicious Italian food. The cherry blossom inspired decor was a nice touch. Other states' resorts must be so jealous.

Because who needs a sink in the toilet area or a bigger soap bar? It's not like I'm a fancy lady who needs to wash my hands after using the toilet.

Most of the dealers were pleasant and made the experience even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an offer to return with comped rooms based on my play. The best part was being able to play at a high-end, Vegas-style property without the hassle of flying all the way to Vegas or driving for hours to another city.

My friends and I had an awesome time at the casino, playing classic games like Plinko and spinning the Big Wheel. The theater was lit with the show Dancing with the Stars, and we were amazed by the talent on display. The security was on point, making us feel safe while we partied the night away!

We wish there were more late-night food options for us hungry party-goers after a night of dancing and gaming.
